About Clay Lowe

I HOPE YOU REALISE, NOW IS THE TIME TO SELF-ACTUALISE

I’m Clay Lowe, also known as Coach Clay and @soulcruzer.
I’m a long time learning and development professional (19 years). These days, I’m fascinated with the combination of learning and technology and the intersection between social media and social learning.

But my deepest, truest passion is for human potential. More specifically, how do we actualise our potential and reach the top of Maslow’s Triangle?

HERE’S WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe we have unlimited potential as human beings, but we often get in our own way and hold ourselves back out of fear, doubt, and disbelief. I believe we have the power to change our limiting beliefs and if we let go of the fear, doubt, and disbelief, we can live happy and fulfilling lives.

My mission, motivation, and core purpose is to help people eliminate the fear, doubt, and disbelief holding them back from achieving authentic happiness and enabling them to actualise their potential.

It’s what I love to do. It’s (to answer Simon Sinek’s question) why I get out of bed in the morning.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Who are you? And what do you want to be, do, have?

If you are at all interested in actualising your potential, but somehow feel stuck, uninspired, unmotivated, or just plain clueless about what to do next, I can help you gain the clarity you need to get back in the game with the confidence and motivation you need to actualise your potential and achieve your ambitions.

You can find more details about how we can work together on my services and products page.

Feel free to contact me via email, or schedule a quick discovery call with me in my virtual office.

MY BACKGROUND

I am a coach, facilitator, and learning and development pro.

On a business level, I coach individuals, teams, business leaders, and entrepreneurs on high performance.

On a personal level, I coach individuals who seriously want to achieve authentic happiness living the life they want to live.

My passion for personal development, high performance, and excellence grew out of my army days as a young combat infantry officer. “Be all you can be” was the Army motto at the time. I ate it up, hook, line, and sinker! And while you can take the man out of the Army, you can’t take the Army out of the man!

LAST THING

If I can let my hair down for a second, I really do love this shit – learning, development, human potential, coaching , self-actualisation – the whole lot. It’s who I am; it’s what I do!
