Wisdom Walks are an opportunity for you to use the natural environment combined with the expertise of an experienced adventure coach to gain new perspectives and fresh insights that will help you achieve your ambitions.

Who Are Wisdom Walks For?

Wisdom Walks are for people with an open mind, a sense of adventure and wonder, and are actively looking for something a little bit different from a normal coaching session.

What Do You Need For A Wisdom Walk?

  • A pair of walking shoes
  • Some water
  • And at least an hour

Where Do Wisdom Walks Take Place?

We lead Wisdom Walks in various locations throughout the UK.

When Can You Do a Wisdom Walk?

Contact your Wisdom Walk leader and decide a time and place for your Wisdom Walk.  Note: Wisdom Walks take place in any weather just make sure you have the appropriate clothing.

The Story Behind Wisdom Walks

As Nietzsche pointed out, walking on its own produces great thoughts, combine that with the wisdom and insight of an experienced coach and powerful thoughts can happen that lead you to a  place of positive change.

Wisdom Walks stimulate thought and creativity through movement.  In a normal face to face coaching session in an office or cafe, you use your mind, but the body is static.  You lose the power that comes through the mind-body connection.  This connection is the key to achieving a higher perspective and opening up more possibilities and therefore more choices.
