When was the last time you skipped rope?

What cool fitness tool is easily portable and cost under 20 quid and is capable of helping you burn off that chocolate bar you ate at lunch in 15 – 20 minutes? The jump rope of course.  It’s a great tool to bring with you on a business trip or holiday or even carry in your day bag for a quick workout at lunch time.  Jumping rope is a great calorie-burner, and according to WebMd “you’d have to run an eight-minute mile to work off more calories than you’d burn jumping rope.”
