Focus On The Process Not The Outcome

I meant to get this out to you guys on last Friday, but I took my eye off the ball and before I knew it, Monday was waking me up.  On a positive note, I did lay laminate flooring in our now spare bedroom over the weekend.  That’s the first time I’ve done anything like that, so pretty chuffed with myself.

Ok there you have it, my first floor laying.

On to the vlog…

Last Thursday I spent essentially the whole day logged onto a webinar training event, in the morning as a delegate and in the afternoon as a presenter. Not a lot of opportunity for moving around, so by night, I was more than ready to get out and stretch my limbs.

I decided to do a 3 mile playful run through the local fields.  Along the way I stopped and made this video about focusing on the process not the outcome when you’re working on achieving your goals.  It was getting dark and I don’t have one of those high speed infrared cameras so some of the footage is pretty dark, but the words are there so enjoy:

Stay strong peeps,
Clay
